Age Criteria for Admission
The age of the child will be calculated as on 31st March of the academic year in which admission is sought.
Pre-Primary Section
- Nursery: Child should be 3 years to below 4 years
- LKG (Lower Kindergarten): Child should be 4 years to below 5 years
- UKG (Upper Kindergarten): Child should be 5 years to below 6 years
Primary Section
- Class I: Child should be 6 years or above
- Class II: 7 years or above
- Class III: 8 years or above
- Class IV: 9 years or above
- Class V: 10 years or above
Upper Primary Section
- Class VI: 11 years or above
- Class VII: 12 years or above
- Class VIII: 13 years or above
Written Entrance Examination
Students seeking admission to Class IV and above are required to appear for a written entrance examination.
- Admission will be granted based on: Performance in the written examination, and Availability of seats.
- Details regarding the syllabus, date, and timing of the examination will be communicated by the school.
- The decision of the school authorities regarding admission shall be final.
Note
Parents are advised to apply to other schools as well, as the number of seats is limited.
Admission to Pre-Nursery is not guaranteed even if a sibling is already studying in the school.
Both parents must attend the interaction along with the child.
The school management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Full-Year Fee Obligation
Fees are payable for the entire academic year, regardless of the date of admission.
No reduction or exemption will be granted for holidays, broken periods, late admission, or student absence for any reason.
Examination Eligibility
Students will not be permitted to appear for any school examinations unless all outstanding fees are cleared.
Mode and Schedule of Payment
Fees are to be paid online and offline through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Cash.
Payments must be made between the 1st and 10th of the first month of each month, according to the fee chart.
Late Payment Policy
A late fee of Rs. 400 per month will be applied if fees are not paid by the 10th of every month.
If fees remain unpaid by the 10th of the second month, the student’s name may be removed from the school register. Re-admission, if allowed, will require payment of the re admission fee Rs. 800/-.
Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fee Receipts and Records
The school will not issue any separate certificate for fee payment. Parents/guardians are advised to safely retain online or offline deposit slips for reimbursement or tax purposes.
